This website is owned by RECYCLING MONDO PLAST SRL and is built on the WordPress platform. Before registering or simply searching for information, please note the following aspects.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) is a regulation by which the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union, and the European Commission aim to strengthen and unify data protection for all individuals within the European Union (EU). It also addresses the export of personal data outside the EU. GDPR primarily seeks to give citizens and residents control over their personal data and to simplify the regulatory environment for international businesses by harmonizing regulations across the EU. When GDPR comes into effect, it replaces the Data Protection Directive (officially Directive 95/46/EC) from 1995. The regulation was adopted on April 27, 2016, and became enforceable on May 25, 2018. Unlike a directive, it does not require national governments to pass enabling legislation, and therefore it is directly binding and applicable.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comment forms, as well as the visitor's IP address and browser user agent string to help us detect spam.
A string made anonymous (also called a hash), generated from your email address, may be provided to the Gravatar service to check whether you are using it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/ . Once the comment is approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible next to your comment.

When you fill out the contact form on the “Contact” page, the information is sent to the address contact@recyclingmondoplast.ro and nowhere else!

We use the information received by email to issue proforma invoices. Access is granted only after the invoice has been paid.

If you have an account or have left comments on this website, you can request to receive an export file of the personal data we hold about you, including all the information you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase all personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

The data is physically stored on SC Space RO SRL’s servers in the Internet Broker datacenter in Iași.

Your contact information can reach us only through the form provided for submitting a request for a quote from us. For this form, we use the Contact Form 7 module available in the library of modules compatible with WordPress.
